HIFS Check-in Question

The check-in at HIFS is at 4:00, but we will be arriving around noon.

Has anyone ever checked into their room early?

We will be arriving early too, at around noon. I've read somewhere that when you arrive you can request an early check in, but maybe someone who has done this can confirm this for us. Otherwise, we plan to change into our suits and enjoy the pool area, I'm sure my kids won't have any problems with that.

This always depends.

I came in one day early and stayed at an airport hotel that had a check out time of 11am. I had a taxi take us to the HIFS thinking "oh, well we can hang out for awhile until our room is ready..."

We go there at 12noon, got our room and was on the shuttle to EPCOT at 1pm!

Like I said, IF a room is available and there are so many variables, they can put you in it. Holiday Inn's Priority Club card allows late checkout and if enough people use that option {like I do!}the choice for early checkin can be limited on any given day.

We have stayed at HIFS probably a dozen times now...only once did they not have our room ready early. Many of those times we've arrived quite early...like 9am... and have been given a room right away. It all depends (of course) on how booked up they were the night before.

hiHi All!
I signed up for the Holiday Inn Priority CLub three days before arriving at HIFS.
I Called HI, instead of the website. I told the person taking the information type of room (non- smoking), bed types, what floor,location in reference to the pool and main lobby.
We were given a room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool, two suites away from the suite which was used for the a HIFS website view of the childrens pool!
Suggest you view the website and call ahead at HIFS and request a building location and give them the Priority Club Member Number, don;t forget your frequent flyer miles number too.
