New Disney Photography Blog

Just wanted to let you all know about a new Disney photography blog started by a couple friends of mine and expert Disney photographers. It's already had a number of topics posted, including a fireworks 101 from the best Disney fireworks photographer.

Today, I posted a topic entitled A Layman's Explanation of Creative Focal Lengths. I'm sure the tech-savvy here will cringe if they read it--it's not really targeted for that audience.

Anyway, the blog as a whole is worth checking out if you have the chance!

Hi Tom! I loved your post to the blog. It really gave me some great ideas of how to shoot things from a different perspective. I am definately going to check out the other articles. Thanks for writing it in a non-techy way. I too don't quite get the science behind it, but knowing how to use it to my advantage to get a more unique shot is always a great thing.

Thanks Tom! I'm introducing my son to photography and this is a great way to teach him about it with out it always coming from Mom. Apparently, after awhile I seem to sound like the teacher in the "Charlie Brown" specials.

Arriving later this week. Have been using this board and wdwphotography to grab some pointers about taking pictures. Looking forward to trying the advice out and seeing if I can produce some of the amazing shots I've witnessed.
