I'm bumping this back up before it gets lost on the second page.
I'm really surprised that no one's excited about this show. It was reviewed in our Sunday newspaper TV section yesterday and they said it was very interesting.

This show made me so homesick for WDW. The just HAD to show 2 of my fav rides at WDW-ToT and RnR. I think it's a sign. Mickey's missing me.;)

Those were some great shows - you should have seen my face when they showed the Mission: Space concept art, I was not expecting that. And DisneySea - breathtaking!!! I didn't realize the Mt. Prometheus eruptions were that impressive!
As for the Imagineering book, it's one of my absolute favorites. I hope they'll update it sometime soon to include concept art for the 4 new "21st century" parks (DCA, TDS, WDS, and HKDL).
Too bad they don't have the imagineer web chats on the Disney web site any more :(

Fantastic show!! I only got to see the Imagineering one on the first run tonight because we were trying to catch the stray kitten during DisneySea, but I'm going to stay up to watch the replay in an hour!
I also love that book!! It's one of my favorites :)
And I want to say Mission:Space is due to open sometime in 2003?

It was really a wonderful program! I have to remind myself to do the one from AK tonight. We have done every behind the scenes tour available at WDW, and these programs told us much than any of those did. GREAT SHOW!!

Two great shows. I really enjoyed the DisneySea one. What a great place that looks like. I was very surprised to see the Portifino section, what with USF having essentially the same look. I wonder who was first, Universal or Disney. Looking forward to the AK one tonight.

I was disappointed in the DisneySea one -- they barely mentioned the areas of DisneySea that are my favorite. I could have done with less on the Broadway show and more on the various lands. :)
And what's up with that 2-hour long wait for what amounts to a hot dog?

I loved the Disney Seas special (I missed the other one). I was telling my boys all about it today. Their favorite food in the whole world is gyoza, so they loved the idea of the extra large ones. MMM - I want one! I still don't get why opening another cart would take away the thrill though. I felt bad that I had already sent the kids to bed - so tonight they're staying up with me to watch AK.
