Does anyone have the exact address for Port Orleans French Quarter?


I ordered some stuff off Amazon to be delivered to our resort in 2 weeks and i have received an email to say my stuff was delivered and this morning i received an email to say it had been returned.

my broken into 2 or 3 things so i'll have to find out which part got returned but i don't understand why it would be returned and not the other parts.

i called before i ordered and spoke with the delivery department and they said as long as our arrival date was clearly marked they would keep it up to 4 weeks prior - and as far as i could tell it's only 2 weeks before we arrive.

i just want to know i put the correct address for delive3ry when i call.

oh and - does anyone know if i call disney would they be able to tell me if the package is indeed still there?

I wouldn't call Disney, but rather POFQ directly. They could probably tell you exactly what happened to some of your packages. Good luck and have a great trip....we will be at POFQ in 2 months :goodvibes

My only guess would be that perhaps one of the packages was damaged during shipping and that it was returned.

I used to own a company that did a lot of shipping. So POFQ may not have returned the package. If the package was damaged during shipping, the shipping company may have returned it to the vendor.

I hope you can find out what happened.

I know this sorts of things are very frustrating to deal with.

it's more frustrating because we live in Canada and some of the stuff can't be shipped up here so we usually buy stuff when we're heading down and have it delivered.

i called amazon this morning and they said that from their records it has been delivered and they have a signature so maybe the refund email was a mistake.

i guess if it's not there the day we check in i'll call and have it shipped overnight to get it. good thing weren't there for a week
