Does Disney offer AP discounts on Resort Rooms end of February/Beginning of March?

We are debating on going in October as always or waiting this year for the Spring '03 Season.

I don't think so, although it's difficult to tell these days. It's possible there will be some available, it depends on how close it is to Easter.
