Stupid question here...When does the real season start? Are there any games scheduled for next Sunday afternoon(4:00ish)?
Im asking because we plan to go to the ESPN club for dinner one week from today(yeah!). Last year we went on a Sunday in September and arrived during a couple of big games(Jets vs Pats was one). The line to get a table didnt move until 7:00pm when the games were over. Im trying to see if football games should be a factor in deciding what time we plan to go. Thanks!

Katie, we just returned and went to Wide World of Sports Complex and watched the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice!! It was AWESOME!! DH and I really enjoyed it but the girls didn't!!
Stephanie (being a cheerleader) was able to get a nice picture with the 2 of the Buc's cheerleaders.
Check out their schedule when your there (just ask at the front desk). Practice sessions are free and usually are 8:35 am to 11 ish and then again in the afternoon.
Can't wait for the season to begin!!
Have a safe drive!! and a wonderful trip.

The preseason games are going on now. I don't think any of them play on Sunday, but I have been known to be wrong about days of the week.;)

Living in The Detroit area, Ibelieve that the Lions season is already over:( Their are still two more weeks of pre-season games before the real season starts.

Thanks for the info everyone!
Rosemary, thats a great idea. We do get those free passes with our package(DC) but I never thought of going there. Now that I know something actually goes on there maybe we could stop by on our first day. We plan to arrive early(10:00ish) and just hang out until my Mother and Neices show up. If we arent too tire that would be something to do for the day(before dinner at ESPN).
I be that was a highlight for Stephanie! Cool! Hope the rest of the trip was just as good.
