Universal hotel help needed from the UK!

Hi!
I'm a UK DIS'er & my wife & I are planning a trip next December 2003 (I know it's a long way ahead!!)
Anyway, I really want to stay at one of the Universal Hotels, RPR, HRHR & PBH & need some help on booking it. Does anyone know the best way to book them from the UK & where I can get the best rates?
Also does anyone have any words of wisdom about the three hotels, the best rooms, views etc. It's just me & my wife, so something romantic would be cool.
Sorry to ask so many questions, but if anyone can help, will really appreciate it.

Here's the number you can use to call about PBH 407-503-1000 and HRH 407-503-2000 if you can use a 800 number it is 800-232-7827 that's ressie central for all three hotels. You may want to check into www.loewshotels.com for the loews first membership that is fee and add's a few perks to your stay. Also, check on www.entertainment.com for the entertainment book as this rate is the lowest discount available. A word though if you are going during 24, december - about 1 january expect that no discounts will be given or allowed. I was quoted a AAA discount which was only a few dollars off of rack rate. I don't know who is joining you on your trip but, I can offer some words on the PBH. It's very romantic and just an awesome 5* hotel. I like room 2665 it's a king deluxe room with a sofa bed with a dead center view of the beach pool and it has a balcony. You can also get 2663 which is the same view only with two queen beds. If you prefer a Villa Pool view room 2676 has two queens over looking it with a balcony. It's designed after the Italian city of porifino it's a marvel to look at and explore the lush landscaping and high quality interior materials used. It's just awesome I can't wait to go back in a few days!! You may want to look at the www.universalstudios.com for your tickets when you get closer to your dates. If you come in from 1 december - around the 22 december that is considered low season and you will get some great room rates.
