If you are looking for online videos, try:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJk3GdfsznI
which is one of series by camrydriver (Jon in MN) that are pretty good.
Another series is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceeOiyxWEAI
which is a clickable interactive map that plays the video of the area/attraction.

If you are looking for DVDs (not really HD) then try:
http://jefflangedvd.com/
HTH.

Martin's videos (http://www.martinsvids.net/) are fantastic, and most are in HD too. And free! :goodvibes

Thanks for the links guys!

Also found good videos on WDWLive (can't post links yet).
And a guy named Brian Carlisle on Vimeo.

More is welcome.

The official DisneyParks YouTube videos are often in 720p. Their Muppets videos are 1080p. You can grab copies for yourself using something like Video Downloadhelper or any of several other Firefox add-ons for saving YouTube videos. Don't forget that after you do a Youtube search, you can also go into Search Options and tell it to only show you the HD results. There are tons of amateur HD videos from all the parks worldwide.

Mousebits also has a large amount of HD stuff if you don't mind using Bittorrent (and sharing back what you grab.)

The Big D Podcast (http://www.thebigdpodcast.com/) is really good too. My 4-year-old enjoys watching their videos on the AppleTV in our living room. They have Vimeo videos on the site and downloadable versions if you subscribe to the podcast.
