Since i only have three months before my trip i thought it was high time i started a ptr :lmao:

Cast

Me - Sonya 24, cant wait to get back for halloween and meet some villains

DD - Ashleigh 3, cant wait to eat in annettes :confused3, meet sleeping beauty
and ride its a small world. thats the answer she just gave me so i am sure
it will change over the next three months

It will be our fifth trip to dlp and our second during halloween. Our very first trip was during halloween and i enjoyed it so much i couldn't wait to get back. last year i was talked into going for christmas instead and even though it was fun i wished i had stuck with halloween.

Anyway here is my dd growing up with disney. i cant believe how fast time goes by, she was just 22 months on our first trip.

Anyway enough now memory lane.

So far we have our trip booked, flights paid for and a transfer with ezy shuttle booked also.

The main problems as always is where will we eat and how many dresses can ash fit into her suitcase :lmao:

Ashleigh is my little mini disney planner she remembers everything about our trips so as every three year old does she has an opinion on everything. :lmao: Ash wants to eat in the auberge, the rainforest, the lucky nugget, cafe mickey and annettes. I want to eat at the plaza gardens, the steakhouse and walts. We will have to meet somewhere in the middle lol. At least two or three of those places has to go as we wont have enough time to fit them all in.

Ashleigh is convinced she can fit all her dresses in her case but that is not going to happen lol. Her ariel and belle onces are getting a bit small so they are coming for probably the last time :sad1: We will bring her tiana dress and even though i still think it is a bit big she really wants to bring her alice dress. That leaves four more dresses she can take and that is even pushing it.

She will have to choose between

Minnie
Giselle
Mulan
Tink
Snow White
Sleeping Beauty
Cinderella

I will have fun trying to get her to part with any of them come packing time :rotfl2:

halloween is fantastic. the whole place is buzzing with atmosphere, its not too scary for small kids more like fun scary. villains are all around and the music is fab and if i see any halloween desserts i double dare myself to try them.

i dont think i have been more excited for a trip since my first one.

wow this year is really flying, i almost regret wishing it away waiting for october to come :lmao:

as per usual ashleighs wants to take all of her costumes even thought we dont have enough time to wear them or a case big enough to hold them all lol.

so far she has chosen tiana, sleeping beauty, alice and her red minnie dress as definites.

she can take at most four more so she has to narrow down the list - cinderella, snow white, belle, ariel, mulan, giselle, tinkerbelle.

here are some pics of her playing dress up, she does this about once a week :lmao: spends a whole day in her dresses singing and dancing around her room. she is not even the slightest bit girly :rotfl2:

I love the Minnie Dress, very pretty! Unfortunately my daughter is a big girl for 7 (as in tall), so I have trouble finding such dresses for her. She does have a couple she tries to squeeeeze in to still...then I have to get the crowbar to take it off! :rotfl:

she will be glad to know that, from my conversations with her i feel like i have a teenager :rotfl2: no you cant go out in that :lmao:

she is eagerly waiting to grow another few cms for the giselle dress to be ok. the back is fine but for some reason its a tad bit longer on the front. she wants to wear her sleeping beauty dress to the auberge, i think she has packed that one already, she always at that case of hers

well a couple of things have been decided on. first of all my mam has decided to come with me on the trip. she has been on all the others and i had a feeling ash might get a bit homesick. in march she was moaning a bit towards the end of the week as she missed her grandad so i thought it was best to have someone else with me. that means help at the airport and help with the taxi cost lol

ashleigh has also sorted though her dresses and has settled on bringing, red minnie mouse, belle, ariel, tiana, mulan, alice in wonderland, sleeping beauty and snow white i think. so im glad that part is settled lol. now i just have to figure out how to stuff them all in her suitcase!!
