Just spoke with our guide this past weekend about a possible add-on. She informed us that when Beach Club opens up for sale it will open between 82 and 88 per point. Wow!! No wonder resales are so hot.

I knew it would be higher, but this really seems like a jump!

If what your guide says is true, then Rich's prediction way back of $85/point was right on the button !

We just purchased a 100 point add-on at $63. Looks like that will turn out to be a better buy a lot sooner. At this rate, buying more resales would definitely be a good investment. Seems you could almost buy now, use points for a couple of years, and then sell for $10/point more than you paid. That'd be an ROI of about 15%, better than the market's been this past year. Hmmmmm.

Wow!!!! it's getting out of control. I think that is alot of money, who will be able to afford it after awhile with increases like that.

I guess I better get busy talking my husband into an add on either at Vero or WLV....

I was thinking like over 105/point, so that's actually good news.

it is what Disney is deciding the market will bear. Speaking of bears and the market can Richyams target when the NASDAQ will start back up?

I was calling for 1500 on the NASDAQ since it was at 2200. Seems alot more credible now.

I like $110 for the Bonnet Creek DVC resort.

Any predictions for dues at BCV?

I do see it as similar to BWV in just about every way. I think that the dues will be within pennies of BWV.

Looks like my $50 a point OKW was a wise investment. It sure will make it harder to add more points at that cost. Wow!!!

I was thinking of adding points at HH. Looks like resale is the best way to go if the costs keep skyrocketing.
