Just for the summer -

http://california.legoland.com/Explore/dining/

Kids eat free 5-7pm with purchase of an adult entree at the 'sit down' restaurants, now until Aug 28.

We went to the Upper Deck restaurant a few days ago. They had a buffet set up for the kids with everything on the kids menu.

Enjoy!

My burger at Upper Deck was great! It was big, too - with snacking on DD's fries I couldn't finish it. I think it was the California burger - it had avocados on it. I thought that for the time that it was the kitchen was slow, though. They had lots of stuff on the menu - appetizers, salads, even some fish or seafood things. Only about 1/5 of the menu was burgers.

The kid's buffet had burgers (DD approved), hot dogs (not tried), and mac and cheese (which I tried and hated, but I saw other kids loading up on it). They had cross-cut fries and orange slices there as well. Plus, you get the drink.

We usually eat at Castle Burger, and were looking for burgers - this was more expensive, but a fancier burger in a sit down restaurant.

If you're looking for general restaurant advice, I can't help out much. We like Castle Burger, so we were looking for burgers. Other than that, DD likes Granny Apple Fries. She also likes the soft serve ice cream, but it seems to me that it's always got ice crystals in it.
