the special price fixed menu choices at restaurants. With them getting rid of the dessert option I just wonder if they will continue to offer this kind of deal as you would be getting an app and dessert when you wouldn't normally

No formal announcement has been made regarding 2011 dining plan changes. Until it is announced, still a rumor :)
