How fast to receive paperwork for add on?

Hi--we called DVC on Thursday of last week for a Vero add on before the point increase/MB decrease. When should we expect paperwork?

I just did an add-on through Disney a couple weeks ago. I confirmed it on a Tuesday, and my paperwork arrived by Fed Ex on that Friday. Seems like you should have your paperwork by now. Maybe call tomorrow if it still doesn't come??
