After reading the posts about Kidzeyes, I wanted to register my daughter and I'm having trouble with their registration form. Did anyone else have trouble? How did you fix it? Please let me know.

I had no problems registering. What sort of problems are you having with the form(s)?

After I fill out most of the pages - including name and address, I then get a blank page. I hit continue and the next page says "You must answer that question" or something like that. I am going to try again today and see what happens.

It took me awhile to actually find the place. I had to use google to search for it. What are you suppose to put for date? What date do they want? Then, I put in my birthday, went ahead of few pages, and it said, based on the questions anwsered, 'we don't need you' (not exact wording but you get the idea) The only question I answered was the mysterious date info.

Maybe I'll try tomorrow - the kids are bummed.

Your kids must be between the ages of 5 and 12 to participate in their surveys. My youngest is bummed because she isn't old enough to do it yet.

I too get the "due to answer(s) you gave...you are not eligible"...whatever the message was......I emailed them regarding the problem and will post any reply that I recieve.

My dd's are 12 and 13.

This is what happened when my 11 year old DD and I tried to get her registered:

The first time we tried she was sitting here with me, so she was going to answer all the questions and just have me type them (I was using the computer at the time anyway). When we got to the question asking if you are a kid or a parent, she of course answered, "a kid". Then, on the next page we got the message something like, "based on the questions answered, we don't need you at this time". All we had answered was that she was a kid!

So, I tried again a minute later. Only this time I answered, "a parent", and it went on through letting us answer all the questions. So, as far as I can tell, she is completely registered now! However, I still need to fax in the parental permission slip. It can be printed out and faxed or mailed in, or you can call in your permission.

Hope this helps!
