Still have Q's about DA points

On 7/31, I lost 570 points. Now I have been told that they are not lost, but that someone was going to put them back in points available? I checked at work yesterday, since my Mac won't give me access to the member page, and still no 570 points. Can some one help me understand if I have done somehing wrong? I thought by now the problem would be corrected. Am I too impatient?

Because Kris didn't want to go through the accounts of every member to see who lost points there was a thread under Henwen's to post if you had points missing. This way she only had to look up those people with missing points and see what was needed. Did you respond to that thread?

Yes you are too impatient. LOL

Give her time to do this.Adding the points back into accounts is all done by hand it is not automated.
