Hi,
I am sorry if there is already post on this but I can't seem to find the answer for these questions.
1. Is the refrigerator free of charge for concierge guest just like in ploy concierge?
2. Is the check in process similar to poly concierge? In Poly, we were taken to our room and check-in much later.
3. We will be arriving the resort around 2pm and the room probably won't be ready, can we use the lounge while we wait for our room?
