Disney Movie Rewards Question

We moved & changed our email address. I went into the Disney Movie Rewards site with my old email address & there are no points listed. I emailed them 2 weeks ago & have heard nothing..I should have almost 2000 points & am annoyed that I cannot locate my points that have put in for the past few years. Anyone have suggestions since I am getting no help from Disney Rewards? Thanks

Some members have multiple accounts on Disney.com, so it’s possible you may have logged into an account without your full DMR point balance. If you find errors on your Point Balance when you login, click on the "These aren't My Points!" link that can be found just below where your point balance is displayed. This will send you an email allowing you to manage your accounts. Follow the direction on the site to select your Primary Disney Online account.
