1. Well, this day was a total waste of makeup.

A few years ago I was on a U.S. Government tour of Soviet Hospitals. I noticed that the gift shop in a Leningrad facility had daily hours which stated that it was closed from 10-11 A.M. and 2-3 P.M. ; when I asked one of the clerks about the schedule, she said that there's an old Russian saying:

ROTFLOL! I've done this to John-Cole in Wal-Mart...he had an expensive toy and wanted it and I said "Do I know you?" He said "Mom!" I said "Where, who is your mom, maybe you need to ask your mom to buy that." He was not amused.
