Hotel check in

Can anyone tell me how early you can check in to the VWL? We got a good rate on a flight that arrives early a.m. and am just wondering if the VWL are not booked solid if they would let us check in like at 4 or 5 in am? Has anyone ever done this or is this asking way too much???

You can check-in any time, but it's highly unlikely that you might actually get a room that early (though it can happen). Not to worry though, they will hold your luggage, and you can spend the day at the parks and then that afternoon your room will be ready for occupancy.

On our last trip, We arrived at BWV at about 11AM and the room was not ready. We were able to check in and they gave us our keys but not the room #. They gave us a phone # to call to find out if the room is ready and get the room #. We called at about 3PM and the room was ready.

my 3 year old and I went over to the VWL at 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday for an early check-in (we were staying at DXL for a few nights, leaving spouse and 1 year old to sleep-in) on our way to the MK. We did not expect the room to be ready and it was not. We did get the number to call back later in the day to see what our room would be. We had got a late check-out at DXL (1:00 p.m.) and we went over to Whispering Canyon for lunch about 1:15 p.m. and after lunch I checked on our room and it was available 2:00ish. The check-in line at this time was quite long at this time and because of our early check-in we were able to go straight to our room.
