vero beach

HI we are going to vero beach next july. Im not much of a beach buff like my wife and kids so what i would like to know is what else is there to do outside of the resort that is within an hours drive or so. My kids are 7 & 4. thanks for any input.

Kennedy Space Center or the Astro. Hall of fame. Coco beach. I think Vero Beach has a pretty good minor baseball team. Manatee safaris. there is stuff to do.
