Christmas Decorations?

When do all of the Christmas decorations go up in DL?

We want to take a weekend trip and want to see all of the holiday decorations, so we need to know when they are put up.

Also, the Haunted Mansion makeover lasts through Christmas, correct?

The Haunted Manison makeover lasts till early January, so you're set there.

Christmas decorations tend to go up in early/mid-November. :)

<font color=navy>Last year, we were @ DL the first week in November, and the decorations were already up, however, I don't think the Christmas parade was running yet, but I'm not exactly sure.

We were there last year on Nov. 2nd. Christmas decorations were up, Haunted Mansion was done up in Nightmare Before Christmas, Small World Holiday was all done up, it "snowed" on main street after the fireworks. I didn't see a Christmas parade though. If you haven't seen the Haunted Mansion done up as Nightmare, I think you will like it. I don't like that movie at all, but I LOVED the way HM was decorated.

The HM and Small World are really fun - definately gets you into the holiday spirit. We were there and Thanksgiving last year and it really got me in the Christmas mood like not much else can!

I'm so happy to hear that Small World and Haunted Mansion will both be *dressed for Christmas* by the time we arrive in late November!!!

We've experienced Christmas magic at WDW, but the only attraction that had received a *make-over* was the Country Bear Jamboree!

I've seen the Small World Holiday, which is very cute I think, I'm excited to see the Mansion this year. I love DL and WDW during the holidays!
