Best place to stay at CBR?

We are staying at the CBR. Where is the best place to stay there? I have two children 9 & 12.

Depends on what your kids like to do - if you think they'll be in the theme pool a lot, try Martinique. If they'll be happy at the quiet pool, or on a sandy beach that has a play structure, try Jamaica - the walk across the bridges in the morning is so fun, especially with the calypso music!

Sigh, we were booked for the last week in October, but with CBR renovating the food court, we'll have to settle for African music at AKL ;)

Martinique 25 and 26 would be my first choice. :) Hopefully you aren't going until 2003 or I'm afraid I've got bad news for you.

:p We stayed there 3 times when my kids were kids and we alsways requested the 4500 Section of Jamaica. I agree with schmeck the walk across the bridge is nice.. and short, 3-4 minutes to main pool and food court. Easy access in and out and quiet with a quiet pool and laundry right there. Hope this trip is in 2003 as the CBR closes for rehab 9/9/02.

We were just there in July. We stayed in Aruba bldg #51. Just a short walk across the bridge and we found out it was closer to walk to Jamaica to the bus stop. Boy I miss CBR.

It's been a few years, but we stayed in Trinidad South when we were there. It's a little trek from the main part, but it was very quiet, we rarely saw any other people, it's kind of away from the other parts and very quiet and calm. Most people seem to recommend Jamaica or Martinique. Good luck!

We like Martinique because of it's location. It's close to Old Port Royale and the main pool. We also like to be close to Banana Cabana!

You should be fine. I don't think they close until September 8th and they'll be fully functional until that date. Have fun!
