We just found out our title cleared yesterday.
We have an appointment to sign the paperwork for the insurance tomorrow morning, and that's pretty much everything we need to do between now and closing for paperwork.
Now I have to get busy packing!

That's great news. I remember when we closed on our house, it was a little scary having to sign all those papers. I just had to trust that I wasn't signing my soul away, I didn't have time to read them all :)
