How late can you make your reservations to eat at Palos. Thinking about this for Nassau night, and I would like to get the latest time available since we are going to get a room at Atlantis for the day. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, where do you go to make your reservations for Palos? We didn't eat there on our first DCL cruise...

You go to Palo's to make the reservation. If you go as soon as they start taking them, you'll breeze right in & out.
As far as how late, I'm not sure. We picked 8:30 to be a little later than our regular dinner time, without starving. There weer some time slots available AFTER 8:30, but I'm not sure how late it went to.

Palo is generally open from 6:00-10:00pm on sea days, and 6:00-9:00pm on port days. I'm not sure if those hours are when reservations are accepted, or when the kitchen actually closes, but I believe that you can make a 9:00pm reservation on port days.

Just to confuse you a little, on our recent Wonder cruise we booked our Palo reservation in Wavebands, not Palos. The Navigator stated they started taking them at 1:30. We arrived at 1:00 and they actually started at 1:15.
Good Luck!

Thanx CamColt for that tip. I will be looking in the Navigator as soon as we get our hands on one to double check where to go for reservations.

Hope your family member who was ill is doing better.

Take care.

We had a 9 P.M. reservation at Palo's. It was a port day, we were at Grand Cayman and at sea already by 9 P.M. It was VERY nice eating late as the kids already had eaten and then went to the club.
