We've known this all along...it isn't an unadvertised option - it is a normal ticket upgrade.

What they forgot to mention is that you must be within your renewal window (30 days to either side of expiration) to do it.

This is neither rumor nor news. It has been around since January.

If you pay attention to TPA&S (which you often post to) you will see there is an entire subforum concerning the GAD vouchers and tickets and it is a lot more accurate than the "information" you posted a link to.
