Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor

I thoroughly enjoyed the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor in the MK. With the Disneyland Honey, I Shrunk the Audience being replaced temporarily, I think, by Captain E.O., I was thinking that the Laugh Floor could be transplanted into Disneyland after Captain E.O. finishes it's run. Would this be feasible and are there already any future plans for that stage?

I'm sure they could make it a Laugh Floor just as easy as they made it Capt EO. I'm not sure they will though. DLR already has a monsters atraction and I wonder why it isn't in DHS too. They have Pixar Place but only features Toy Story.

Anyway I think DL Tomorrowland is getting dated fast. It may be ten years out but I'd expect it to get a full overhaul. A lot of movies could be out by then.

I don't know if the DL Tomorrowland is being dated. Buzz Lightyear will get a boost with Toy Story 3 and Star Tours is being updated soon. Space Mountain and Autopia both have received a make-over in the past decade. The only blaring weaknesses I see is the Honey, I Shrunk the Audience theater and the old Peoplemover/Rocket Rods track. Granted, Star Wars and Toy Story may not be as popular in 10 years, but I still think DL Tomorrowland is doing alright for now.

It is really a shame that they are bringing the LF to DL it is the cheap and easy way out. The company no longer comes up with original attractions. Everything has to be tied to a character or be a clone from another park.

I know they have tronorails at Disney World right now, but if the movie is popular they could do something Tron related, which I highly doubt unless they're planning on making more. Besides that at the moment I can't really figure out what they would change in Disneyland's tomorrow unless it's completley new.

There are already plans for an attraction if the film is sucsessful. Interestingly they are different attractions for WDW and DL. DL's attraction would replace INovenntions and WDW's would most likely replace SGE.

I saw a good rumor that a Tron attraction could go on the empty people mover tracks in DL. But it is nothing more than a rumor that someone thought was a good idea.

No the Rumor I saw was in a discussion about what to do with the People Mover track, bring back PM, RR or somthing else. It was about a month ago.

Yes there was audio on the PM script in th mid 80's that said of the coming tron attraction. Also WDI's Eddie Sotto planned a light cycle attraction for his redo of TL ScFi City. This has been a rumor for quite somethime.

Who knows if the movie does well this idea could be brought back from the dead in DL to replace RR but Im not sure it would be a good idea.

Just like Jim hill take anything you read by him with a grain of salt but he is usually more accurate than JH.
