View Full Version : Scrap rooms....

So i scrap downstairs in the basement which is icky to say the least. But I can throw my stuff down there and not have to look at it. I have a lot of it on top of dh's workbench. And it's just pileing up down there. I've been thinking alot about this since i seen Shawns cj about scrap space. And mine stinks. So this afternoon I took everything off the bench and piled it sky high down there and convinced dh to take his workbench down so I can have some
kind of decent spot. And....... He agreed!!!!! I won't have an awesome room right away but he said we can gradually work on making it a nice scrap room / play room for me and bubba!!!!!
Just wanted to share.

And side note...... He knows how much crap I have now! :scared1:
but maybe when it's done I will be able to actually have people over to scrap with me!!!!! ;)

That is awesome. good luck with your new space.
I just unpacked my stuff from my trip in January. DH said it is about time you put these things away. I will be out on maternity leave soon so I am hoping I can do some more scrapping.

congrats! it took me till this move to get a scrap room even though ive awalys had a extra bedroom. Mines all storage in a closet, but thats cause the room is also a guest room.

That's great! I love having my own room - now if I could just carve out some time to spend in there :rolleyes:
