Possible Membership?

We visited a DVC rep last May, 2000. We fell in love with it, but just wasn't in a financial place to do it. Now, I'm starting to think about it again, and want to present the whole thing to my husband. Since it's been a year, I have all the old paperwork, can someone tell me where I can find the new rates online? We were and still are looking to purchase the lowest points (I think it was 150?). Also, is Boardwalk still open, or have they moved on? Any help on what has changed in the last year would be appreciated!

Boardwalk is sold-out and not available through Disney. The only WDW resort being sold currently is VWL. Current price is $72/point but going up to $75/point in just a few weeks.

If you want OKW or BWV your only choice is a resale. Resales are very hot right now with lots of demand.

HH and VB are still available.

The minimum purchase for a first contract directly with Disney is still 150 points.
