REQ: Penny Press Machine List

Does a list of all the penny press machines at WDW exist? If one does not exist, can everyone reply with any press machines and locations they know about. I think my DD would love trying to collect these items and add them to her beginning coin collection

DS has almost 2 books of them just from the parks and a few resorts that we visited he also has a few quarters and they are the most expensive at $1.25 each including the coin that is pressed. I belive they now have books at the park with qurater slots but if they don't check here
