Can you use the QSD at either the swan and dolphin?

I asked this question before but didnt post it correctly. Please advise? Is there any where at swan and dolphin you can use the QSD plan there?

No, as S/D are not Disney resorts.

You cannot use any Disney Dining Plan at any of the Swan or Dolphin restaurants.
