By best value, I mean in terms of quality of food, quantity of food, price, and quality of service.

Our new favorite of the moment is Palio at the Swan. The atmosphere is very nice, the food is fantastic, there's a strolling violin player, and the prices are reasonable! Best of all, they give a 20% DC discount!
