I was watching Unwrapped on the Food Network last night, and they showed a place called 'Hometown Favorites'. They actually have their own website... www.hometownfavorites.com ....which I looked at today. This is so awesome! They have tons of candy and other items which you can buy which are very hard to find, or not available everywhere (such as Charms. remember those? kindof like square lifesavers?). Anyway, you can order stuff from there too. Guess I'll have to go shopping there tonight. Check it out. :D

Well Minnie824 that website certainly caused a rukus around my office. I showed it to a co-worker and he was going nuts saying things like " OMG they have Squirrel Nut Zippers !!!". Then a few other people came in making similar exclamations.

So now we're all sitting here making out lists of our childhood favorite candies to order. LOL

I watched both episodes of Food Unwrapped last night. How cool is that show!! I ordered some Skybars for DH from Hometownfavorites a few months ago. He's still got about a half a box left. I also go to www.spanglercandy.com to get the lollypops that have the string loops on them (I think they're called safety pops).
