Is there really a best time?
Do most people skip a show? or dinner?

Well, after having eaten at Palo I'd say that any time is the "best time" to eat there. Personally I'd rather skip my regular dinner in the dining rotation to eat at Palo rather than skip a show. HTH

with when to make Palos ressies. We are going on the 8/24 Magic and I keep wondering which night will be best for Palos. We will have our two girls with us ages 12 & 15, will that influence our dining rotation assignment? I would really appreciate feedback on the best night. It took me FOREVER to talk DH into going (ie We are all ready going to be going to good restaurants, why do you want to go to the one that costs????) so I want the experience to be GREAT.

We went on Master Chefs night. After reading some other posts about Master Chef's menu's, I'm glad we did it that night. Theres my suggestion. But it is a NOT to be missed dining experience. So be sure to do Palo's.
