find out when and if connecting Cat 10 rooms become available for our March cruise.

I booked directly through DCL for 2 cat 11 staterooms, but I would like to try to get connecting Cat 10's. Should I keep calling DCL, and if so, when?

You could call them daily people change their minds and the rooms are put back into available inventory, or you could ask to be placed on a waiting list.
