I am planning my day at IOA and would like to know if anyone knows the time schedule of the two shows mentioned above. Do they run continuously or at certain times? I am going to be there on Saturday, August 31. I realize that times may change by then, but I would like some idea.

Poseidon runs continuously. Sinbad (great show, BTW) runs on a schedule, which you will find listed in the "Attractions & Show Times" insert that comes with the Adventure Guide (the map to the park). You can pick these up just inside the park entrance or at most of the bigger shops.

Yes, Poseidon does run continuously. However, it does open late (at least in May it did), about 12:00 noon.

The times typically come out Saturday night for the next full week. So, you can call guest services during that week and find out the Sinbad show times for 8/31.

Earlier in the summer, Sinbad was running on 2 (2:00 pm & 4:30 pm), 3 (adding a 12:30 pm show) & 4 (adding a 6:00 pm show) daily showing schedules. That got expanded when July rolled around, and will likely scale back to those schedules (or something close) as we proceed through August and IOA closes earlier each week.

Purely a guess, but if I had to, I'd say 12:30, 2:00 & 4:30 that day.
