Yes, fireworks all over the place and at all times of the night. Most of the hotels do shows of their own that can be seen from lots of places.

The Bellagio does a special show with there fountains that night too.

But be warned it is very, very busy and crowded.

Also air quality in the Vegas Valley is very poor during that week due to all the casinos and businesses setting off massive fireworks. Bring your allergy medicine!
