Help -Why can't I get a new cruiser credit?

I just reserved a cabin for my aunt who is paying cash. The DCL rep knew nothing about the new cruiser credit of $50. I explained that you don't need a postcard anymore. She said there are so many offers it's hard to keep track.

Is their a special code that I need to get this for her?

I would like to know if you get the credit. I tried to get it when I booked, but was told it is for the year 2002 cruises only. We are booked in Spet 2003. Is this true?

Newbycruiser - give them a call back. The rep said she might not be able to post it because we weren't sailing until July 2003 and it might not be in the system. That's probably what happened to you. Don't give up!

We were told we couldn't get the credit because we booked early and got a early booking credit. They told our TA that we couldn't have both. Does anyone know if this is correct.....

I booked with Dreams Unlimited and received the $50.00 new cruise credit. I booked for Sept/2003.

I just booked today through DCL and I got the early booking and new cruiser credit. Don't give up.
