They have been letting in people to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter

The focus is those who bought packages who from the 28th May are getting in to have a look.
But the public may well be getting let in soon...as part of soft openings.

There are still troubles with the new Forbidden Journey ride. It has been open for maybe 1hour today then closed with the riders being escorted off the ride. So this isn't good...
But...it really is looking beautiful

I think it looks and sounds amazing! I'm going to make sure we watch all the HP movies before we go next year. DH and DD12 are very familiar with them by myself and DD9 could do with a refresher while DD5 doesn't know anything about it. I'm sure it will then mean a lot more to us when visiting. I sure hope the crowds have gone down a bit by October next year :)

I just think it's going to be awesome. I can't wait to see it. DD12 has just finished reading all of the books, I read them a while back. Will get DH & DS8 to watch the movies to refresh before we go.

We'll be there in 5 weeks! :cool1: I'm scared of the crowds but that's going to be the theme for our whole holiday :rolleyes:. The photos are amazing! I didn't watch the videos as I want it to be a surprise. Can't wait!!

I was tossing up wether to go to Universal for a day or not, but I would really love to see the new Harry Potter World there. My son isn't actually that into Harry Potter for some reason. But I think we will take the time to go there.

We are in Orlando for 22 nights so surely we can squeeze in one day :rotfl2:
