Anyone else at the Wilderness Lodge in September?

Anyone joining me at the Wilderness Lodge this September?

Our party of 7 arrives on Sept 25th and we have 2 Courtyard View-BunkBed rooms reserved.:yay: Our trip is less than 4 months away, but I know these next few summer months are just going to FLY BY! :woohoo:

We will be there September 25th - October 2nd. This is our first stay at the Wilderness Lodge! :yay:

our family will be there sept 7 thru 12. this is our first stay at WL, and our 2.5 year old's first visit to WDW.

We will also be checking in on Sept 25th! It is the first trip for both my wife and daughter. The WL is my absolute resort. I've visited many times, but have never stayed here. I can't wait!

We will be checkin back home on September 11 for the third September. Woods View Bunk Bed. The past two years we had the same room. I am going to request it again. It just makes it feel more like home and extra magical.

We have been on the fence this year if we are going but I am at the point now that I cant turn back and starting to count down.

we will be there 9/15 to 9/19 1st time staying at WL . We have stayed at BC & Poly. I hope WL rooms are nice, they do kinda look in need of a makeover. Loved the look of the lobby and pool, when we visited a few years ago.

I just started thinking of this place since we have a 13mo old. I rather the cabin then one room. Was it more cost effective to do 40% off or free dining? We have 2 adults, 1 child and an infant who is free. Kinda thinking 40% off might be better and we can make our own breakfast and snacks. Then just do some buffets and QS here and there.

We are a family of 3 (myself, dh and dd(6)). 40% was much better than the dining. I paid out of pocket for the plan and still was ahead by a little over 300.00

We will be there Sept 19th - Sept 25th, woods view room. This is our first stay at WL :woohoo:, we usually stay at POP. I used the 40% off and we splurged this time. This will be our first stay at a Deluxe and I can't wait.

Sept. is the absolute best time to go to WDW for low crowds. Stay cool and I'll look forward to bringing up the rear when we arrive on 10/31. :thumbsup2

As for Courtyard View...Yes it was a little more pricey - but my family loves to be "in on the action", or at least have a "view" of it!:rotfl:

Anyone decorate doors at WL?

We've already received our luggage tags and Mickey Mail....:yay:

And last week I called to add a room request of Inner Courtyard Off Lobby or North Wing. The CM was super friendly and accomodating...:yay:

I'm definitely feelin' the Magic!:yay:

We just got home on the 18th. We talked about looking into a different resort but once we are there, we know that there is no place like "home". I am going to book our returned trip this weekend for October and looking at going down (or take the disney cruise) for our anniversary in February.

I love the lodge and Charles at Whispering Canyons is awesome.
