No, I haven't. I've always wondered if I drink a glass of water if water will spew out in the places I got pricked.;)

A friend of mine used to do accupressure. She worked on my hand once when I had a splitting headache and it went away. I don't know if it would work for back pain or not, but it is painless.

I'd think about giving it a try if you know that there isn't a reason to be worried about your health. You might want to talk to a doctor first to make sure there isn't something wrong that is causing your pain.

of accupressure. I've heard of accupuncture.

Anyways I know an awesome Chiropracter in Fort Lee. It's a bit of a drive - but he's the best! He has a machine that I go on every now and then called the spinalator!(sp). I think I will make an appointment for tomorrow....
