We'll be going away next week, and I haven't gotten our membership cards yet. We closed on February 9th.

hi: did you get temporary cards? those should be good at check in. if you didn't receive any cards, i'd give ms a call tomorrow; maybe they can fedex them to you.

In my two experience with the Concierge Collection, our membership cards were not needed.

It can take up to three to four months to get your permanent membership cards. Do you even have your temporary cards?

Mary Ann - we closed 2/15 (resale) and got our permanent cards a couple of weeks ago- I'd call MS.
