When do busses stop running?

We need to get from the Boardwalk to the TTC in the evening.
We want to go to BW after illuminations, have dessert then head back to our own hotel (polynesian). Will the busses still be running? Can this be done??!

There is no bus from BW to TTC. If MK is still open (unlikely unless high crowd season) you can take bus to there and then monorail to Poly. If MGM still open (also unlikely except for high crowd seasons) you can take boat or walk to MGM and take Poly bus from there. Absent those, your only Disney transport option at that time of night is to take bus to Downtown Disney and then Poly bus from there. Other option and fastest and best way is to take cab from BW to Poly.
