We will be in DL week of Aug 24 thru 31. DH wants to go to Universal. Any tips???? Discounts???

We plan on spending most of the week in DL with a side trip to
Knotts and a visit to Hollywood to see the walk of fame and also
a beach trip (newport?)

We are leaving Sat Aug 17 for a week in Vegas prior to our week in DL. There are five of us, DH, myself, and 3DS ages 11, 8 and 5.

I believe there is a $10 discount if paying with a discover card. There's also a "Kids free with paying adult" promotion, but only for California residents
