Anyone able to hook up a dvd player to a OKW or BWV TV?

Just wondering- we have a laptop with a dvd player with the ability to hook up to a tv. Just wondered if anyone was successful in doing it- the TV's seem to be immovable.

Most of the tvs have front hook ups. We've hooked our video camera to the tv at OKW without any problems.

done it both at bw and okw on living room tv in 2 bedroom units (which would be the same as the living room in a one bedroom) with composite cables- no s-video on my laptop so cant vouch for that. Never tried on a bedroom tv so dont know one way or the other.

I think i've read here that the grand villa tv only has s-video - no composite video but i could be wrong.

We have used both at OKW. Just remember to set the modem to dail 9 first

This has been my experience at OKW:

The TV's in the GV's have both S-Video and composite inputs. The 1Br/2Br's only have composite input.

Unless things have changed in the last 4 years, the studios will require that you have an RF adapter and a very flexible arm. The studio TV's are firmly attached, so it's very difficult to get to the RF connector on the back.

And the above seems to be uniform across the dvc resorts too. I got stuck with no way to hookup my device for downloading pictures out of my camera when we stayed in a VWL Studio, as the device requires composite input and I had no RF adaptor. I however, remember the BWV 1-br having video inputs.
