View Full Version : Booking CRT on DDP! Need Help!

So I went online, 'associated my reservation' with my dining reservations. And when I reserved CRT, it keeps bringing me to this screen where it's asking me to pay up-front. I thought you didn't have to do this with the DDP? It's 9:55 EST and I have it in my cart for 2 hours! help! please. :)

I think you still need to give the CC guarantee. Does it say $0 for amount due today?

When we booked Akershus we had to do the CC guarantee. They are saying that $149 will be charged to my card today!

Sometimes the online reservation system will not recognize the Dining Plan part of your package. It will then ask you to prepay for CRT (just like someone making the reservation without the DDP). You will need to call to make this reservation.

It seems many people need to call to get CRT properly "charged" to DDP. Not sure why it sometimes doesn't works with the online system.

Yep, seems to be happening to a few people right now. Most likely to do with either upcoming changes, or something changed on the back end. (Note: look at the "Retrieve Reservations" page, you can tell it's being worked on and someone broke the layout/style).

I'd suggest (in fact I did on another thread!) to call for pre-pay locations if online is telling you to pay up front. Of course, they may have also changed the method (forcing up-front payment with refund at meal time)... which wouldn't be surprising either.

It's been happening since the online system went up to start with. Some people have no trouble with it, but for some others it just won't see the dining plan.

I was able to call this morning and book it without pre-paying. Thank You again so much!
