We are flying from Toronto to Orlando and will be taking the Disney transfer to the port. Do we have to pick up our cecked luggage from the carousel and take it to a Disney check in location? Is it far?

No, if you have included Disney transfers with your cruise and are flying in the day that you embark, they will pick up your bags for you and the next time you see them they will be in your stateroom. :)

When on the bus, make sure to sit on the left side (driver), you will see the ship/port to the left.
