There's actually a Disney Confidential book along those same lines... I got it for my kindle a few weeks ago. SUCH an eye opener. It didn't spoil the magic, but it may just make me be a little nicer to CM's.

Thanks, I love the Randy name tag. We try to remember that Disney is magical for us and we are on vacation but the CM's are there everyday. It is a long day in the sun working with people in all kinds of moods.

We try to be nice, smile, ask how their day is and be polite. A little goes a long way.
