Job at TDS?? need opinions!!!!

I am the most annoying person in the world when it comes to making a decision - I admit it!!!! But, I need some opinions....I have an interview Tuesday at 1:30 at our local Disney Store for a job and I need opinions ---is this a GREAT place to work in your opinion, or should I look elsewhere? Any castmembers with opinions???? Any info would be very much appreciated!!!

The pay is not great, but the benefits and atmosphere outfactor that. It is a great part-time job, most DISers would love it.

I've worked at TDS and yes the pay is bad and the schedule is not very consistant....but it is a fun place to work...I still stop in and say HI to my CM friends....

But it finally got to the point for me that the scheduling problems and restrictions and low pay finally didn't out weigh the work...
