New Epcot Restaurants names and opening

I've heard most of this except about the ovens. But I've seen questions about these places coming up over and over again.

Viva Napoli to open as early as September? I will be there from 13-23 & i'd love to be able to change an ADR to be able to experience the new pizzeria. Any news on the actual opening dates that anyone has heard?

I thought the pizzeria was going to be a CS restaurant? Or is it going to be like Hacienda and be CS by day and TS by night?

Via Napoli is supposed to be a TS. We will be at WDW Sept 9-13. Would love to check it out if it is open but it might be wishful thinking. Definitely think both Via Napoli and Hacienda will be open before the Food and Wine Festival (and free dining) start.

Wow, when I worked down there the biggest food-related deal was the T-rex opening in downtown Disney.
