monday check in?

Was wondering how bad check in on Monday was for anyone with experience. After 3 not so good experiences with Sunday we have adjusted our plans and decided to go on Monday and return the following Tuesday. Also changed air plans to arrive at airport around 6pm so check in will be closer to 7:30 -8pm. Tired of fighting front desk for room before 4pm, long lines, being too tired; the first day gets ruined anyways. Please tell me this is going to be better. :rolleyes:

hi: we usually do mid-week (tuesday-thursday) check-in/out and haven't had too long a wait. we usually get to bwv about 12:30-1:00 and haven't had to wait more than a half hour for the room. i think we've been really lucky and am keeping my fingers crossed for our may trip. mondays are probably better for check-in than a saturday or sunday though. wishing you some pixie dust with your upcoming trip.

We have always checked in on Sunday and have never waited more then 5 minutes but we also check in early- 9-10:00 am, store luggage in vehicle,(they store it if you want & deliver it to your room) and go have fun. They give you room keys but don't tell you which room.Just call front desk after 4:00,they tell you the room number and your all set.Maybe you can't get there that early,don't know your situation.

Since Sunday is the first day of lower points, I would think most people check in then .M
